Here you can relax while watching the bison, elk, and deer herds that dominate the refuge. You can also enjoy rock climbing, hiking, fishing, and camping. Some of the most popular hiking trails are the Narrows and Charons Garden. Mt. Scott (elev. 2,464 ft.) and Mt. Pinchot (elev. 2,479 ft.) are located within the Refuge and provide beautiful vistas of the surrounding area. And maybe the best part – it’s free to enter!
