The Region

Twiggs County is located in the central part of Georgia. Its proximity to the Fall Line means that the topography can be quite varied – with rolling hills in the north, and flatter areas in the south. The Ocmulgee River basin to the west of the county creates some wetlands in those parts. Being so close to Macon, GA, this county is still very well served with amenities, while still maintaining a quiet country atmosphere.

The Neighborhood

Crescent Road is very close to the highway into Jeffersonville to the south, and Macon to the north – which means it’s an excellent place to locate a home within easy commuting distance of the bigger city. There are modest homes in the immediate area, and some newer construction also.
