This recreational property has a little bit of everything. This could be a great camp site, hunting property, or prepper’s paradise! Here are some highlights:
1) There’s a hunting cabin built and stocked with a number of appliances and some furniture. It may need a little TLC, but overall it seems to be in decent condition.

6) A dirt driveway runs from the buildings to the road. There’s erosion at the road, so a culvert would be needed at the road to allow easy access to the property.
7) A gate is already installed blocking driveway access.
8) There’s a large pond at the southeast ends of the property.
9) The entire property is nicely wooded, but not so thick as to prevent walking through the woods.
