This land is located within the “Rambling Oaks” subdivision. However, there is no HOA in this neighborhood.

Lincoln County is the first county you’ll come to as you leave Oklahoma County (where OKC is located) heading east, making this area an ideal commuter location. However, out here you’ll get plenty of peace and quiet and a real country feel. For small-town errands and amenities, the town of Luther is near enough to this property for a quick supply run.
